Job Responsibilities
- Start date: year-round
- Student type: Adults
- Work 1PM-9PM on weekdays and 10AM-6PM/11AM-7PM on weekends (Six of these hours are in-class)
- Working 5 days a week(weekends included) and 2 days off
- All national public holidays off + 10 vacation days per year
- Conduct classroom lessons according to the WSE methodology
- Prepare and teach classes in center or online as scheduled
- Give constructive feedback to students
- Help students reach the level of English established in their learning objective
- Provide advice and assistance to students, in and out of the classroom
- Be flexible to teach in multiple centers within the same city
- Promote and preserve a pleasant and courteous atmosphere in the center
Compensation (Two types of contract)
35 hours a week(30 class and 5 office hours)
- Salary: 1,5000~18,000 RMB salary/m
- 3,000 RMB monthly living allowance
- 1,500 RMB possible quarterly training bonus
- 7000 RMB contract completion bonus
25 hours a week (21 contact and 4 office hours)
- Salary: 11,200 RMB base/m
- 2,000 RMB monthly living allowance
- 1,500RMB possible quarterly training bonus
- 3500 RMB contract completion bonus
- 200 RMB possible monthly bonus

Requirements for Teaching at Wall Street English
- English Native Speaker (United States, Canada, New Zealand, Australia, United Kingdom, South Africa, Ireland)
- University degree, Bachelor’s or equivalent
- TEFL / CELTA / TESOL certification
- No criminal history
- Willing to work weekends
- Sociable, dynamic, inspiring, energetic, and organized
VIP/VVIP positions for experienced teachers
Salary: Highly competitive – will be discussed during interview
Requirements:

Key Point Expectations:
- Based on 40 hours a week
- Expected to teach 10 -12 classes a week (2 hours per class)
- Approximately 50% of working time is for traveling to client’s location and class preparation
- Attendance and participation of weekly meeting/ training sessions
- Delivery of classes one-to-one
- Travel in and around city center (generally 1.5 ~ 2 hours outside city center is our serviceable area)
- Travel expenses between classes is subject to monthly reimbursement
